Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat oplossingen ontwikkelt om leef- en werkomgevingen gezonder en comfortabeler te maken, met een sterke focus op natuurlijke elementen als licht en lucht. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in drie hoofdcategorieën: ventilatie, zonwering en outdoor living.

Jobomschrijving

Neem jij graag verantwoordelijkheid en zorg je ervoor dat het verpakkingsproces vlot verloopt? Dan is deze vacature misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket zal uit 4 luiken bestaan: coördinatie , SAP/administratie, ordercontrole en verpakken/verzenden.

  • Je controleert of alle onderdelen volledig en correct aanwezig bij elk order
  • Elk pakket krijgt een correcte afsluiting en labeling
  • Je zorgt dat alles verzendklaar is volgens planning
  • Feedback geven aan de teamleader bij afwijkingen/moeilijkheden
  • Je scant en registreert goederen correct via SAP
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's
  • Je zal toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Je beschikt over een secundair diploma, pluspunt in technische richting
  • Nederlandse taal beheers je perfect, zodat je duidelijk kan communiceren met collega's Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring met een SAP-systeem.
  • Als natuurlijke leider neem je initiatief, werk je hands-on en zorg je voor resultaat.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een constructieve samenwerking en oplossingsgericht denken kenmerken jouw manier van werken.
