Je gaat aan de slag in de omgeving van Kortrijk en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket incl. een mooi aantrekkelijk loonpakket.

De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als planner binnen de HVAC?

  • Beheer en opvolging van dossiers van goedgekeurde offerte tot en met definitieve oplevering.
  • Opstellen van installatieplanning en aansturen van installatieploegen.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen en onderdelen.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, installateurs en interne teams.
  • Bieden van technische en praktische ondersteuning na installatie.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, timing en klanttevredenheid gedurende het hele proces.
  • Optreden als technisch expert voor klanten: vertalen van complexe vraagstukken over rendement, hydraulische inregeling en koelcycli naar begrijpbaar advies.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij het optimaal afstellen van warmtepompen en airco-installaties.

Onze klant Onze klant is een snelgroeiende Belgische speler in energetische renovaties en energie-efficiënte oplossingen, met hoofdkantoor in Kortrijk en meerdere vestigingen in België. Als totaalpartner begeleiden ze klanten van advies tot installatie, met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid, maatwerk en meetbare resultaten. Als planner kom je terecht in een gedreven organisatie met een jong en ervaren team, waar je alle vrijheid krijgt om nieuwe ideeën, tools en kanalen uit te proberen.
