Wil jij de lasserij naar een hoger niveau tillen? Als verantwoordelijke procesoptimalisatie in de lasserij creëer en beheer je productieprocessen om nieuwe lasgroepen veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt samen te stellen. Je vertaalt theorie naar praktijk, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat operatoren optimaal kunnen presteren. Met jouw inzicht in lean-inrichting en procesoptimalisatie help je onze productie continu te verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Opstellen en beheren van productieprocessen voor nieuwe en bestaande lasgroepen
  • Bepalen van normtijden via tijdstudies en opvolgen van kalibers en gereedschappen
  • Opstellen van SOP’s, werkinstructies en gedetailleerde documentatie
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en processen bijsturen waar nodig
  • Ontwerpen van lean-las-cellen met focus op logistiek, ergonomie en bewegingen
  • Projectwerk, nieuwe technologieën en procescontroletools inzetten om processen te verbeteren
  • Data verwerken en analyseren om efficiënte acties te definiëren en productie te optimaliseren
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een master of bachelor in technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als manufacturing engineer of in een lasserij is een plus.
  • Kennis van het lasproces of zelf kunnen lassen is een extra troef.
  • Lastekeningen kan je lezen, begrijpen en analyseren.
  • Je blijft kalm onder druk, bent besluitvaardig en in staat prioriteiten te bewaken.
  • Als teamspeler heb je zin voor initiatief en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en verbaal.
  • Kennis van MS Office,CAD/CAM of AutoCAD mag niet ontbreken.
