Krijg jij energie van het stroomlijnen van complexe productieprocessen en het bouwen aan een performante operationele organisatie? Zoek je een sleutelrol met veel autonomie waarin je zowel strategisch de lijnen uitzet als op de vloer het verschil maakt? Voor een vooraanstaande industriële speler in de regio rond Menen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en analytische Verantwoordelijke Productie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Strategische & Operationele Leiding: Vertalen van de lange-termijnvisie en sitestructuur naar concrete kwartaal- en jaarplannen voor alle productieafdelingen. Bepalen van heldere dagelijkse prioriteiten en behalen van de operationele doelstellingen.
  • Teamcoaching & Empowerment: Directe leiding over het afdelingshoofden- en teamlead-niveau en indirecte aansturing van een team van 70+ medewerkers op de vloer. Coachen in eigenaarschap, structuur en probleemoplossend denken. Bouwen aan een veilige (HSE) en transparante prestatiecultuur.
  • Operational Excellence: Continu sturen op efficiëntie, output (o.a. cost per pick) en rendementsverbetering (OEE) via Lean-methodieken (WCM, Kaizen, 5S). Omzetten van operationele data en downtime-analyses naar gestructureerde verbetertrajecten.
  • Proces- & Structuurverbetering: Stroomlijnen van de productieplanning en procesflows in nauwe samenwerking met Supply Chain. Standaardiseren van werkmethodes om variabiliteit in het proces te minimaliseren.
  • Cross-functionele Samenwerking: Intensief afstemmen met Quality voor root-cause analyses en met Maintenance voor preventief onderhoud om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Budget- & Dataverantwoordelijkheid: Bewaken van productiekosten, analyseren van afwijkingen en rapporteren over KPI's en rendementscijfers aan de Plant Director.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Masterdiploma (Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) aangevuld met minimaal 5 tot 10+ jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving (ervaring in de textielsector is een pluspunt).
  • Leiderschap: Pragmatische, benaderbare en no-nonsense stijl. Je combineert overtuigingskracht met sterke coachende vaardigheden om grote teams (70+ FTE's) en processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Analytisch & Hands-on: Sterke affiniteit met data, KPI's en kostenstructuren. Je richt je op het verbeteren van systemen in plaats van het bestrijden van symptomen.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Frans en een sterke professionele kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een grote troef door het grensoverschrijdende karakter van de regio Menen.
