Heb je technisch inzicht en sta je graag dicht bij de werkvloer? Als verantwoordelijke productie & montage stuur je de medewerkers aan, houd je overzicht over de dagelijkse werking en neem je initiatief om processen te verbeteren. Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een plaats in het managementteam.

Je blijft dicht bij de mensen op de werkvloer, terwijl je ook meedenkt over planning, digitalisering en de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf.

Waarom is deze job interessant? Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over productie en montage, met ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Je hoeft niet alles alleen op te lossen: binnen de ploegen zijn er ervaren aanspreekpunten en je werkt samen met collega’s die elk hun eigen expertise hebben.

De functie biedt een combinatie die je niet overal vindt. Het ene moment stem je af met de werkvloer over een praktische vraag of een deadline, het andere moment overleg je over een verbeterproject of bekijk je hoe informatie en processen digitaal beter kunnen worden opgevolgd. Je ziet de gevolgen van je beslissingen rechtstreeks in de dagelijkse werking.

Wat ga je doen als verantwoordelijke productie & montage? Je coördineert de activiteiten binnen montage en productie en stuurt de betrokken medewerkers aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de teamverantwoordelijken, die de eerste vragen van medewerkers opvangen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je: • overzicht houdt over de planning, voortgang en prioriteiten op de werkvloer;

• de teams begeleidt, duidelijke afspraken maakt en bijstuurt waar nodig;

• knelpunten tijdig opmerkt en samen met de collega’s naar oplossingen zoekt;

• de samenwerking tussen productie, montage en engineering vlot laat verlopen;

• rapporteert over de werking en verbeterpunten bespreekbaar maakt;

• verbeterprojecten opneemt rond processen, samenwerking en digitalisering;

• nieuwe digitale mogelijkheden en toepassingen met een praktische blik verkent.

Er lopen verschillende projecten en ideeën binnen het bedrijf. Jij helpt bepalen wat prioriteit heeft, betrekt collega’s bij de uitvoering en zorgt dat plannen ook in de praktijk vooruitgaan.

Met wie werk je samen? Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en werkt nauw samen met de engineeringteamleads.

Daarnaast heb je regelmatig overleg met de zaakvoerder. Die kent de werking van dichtbij en blijft graag betrokken.

Wie zoeken we? Je hebt ervaring in een technische productieomgeving en begrijpt wat er nodig is om projecten op de werkvloer goed te laten verlopen. Een achtergrond in een projectmatige omgeving of machinebouw is een sterke troef.

Voor deze functie zijn vooral de volgende zaken belangrijk: • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt technische tekeningen lezen.

• Je staat graag tussen de mensen en weet wat er op de werkvloer speelt.

• Je kunt medewerkers aansturen, begeleiden en aanspreken wanneer dat nodig is.

• Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet tot een probleem vanzelf wordt opgelost.

• Je houdt overzicht, communiceert duidelijk en kunt helder rapporteren.

• Je hebt interesse in digitalisering en ziet kansen om processen slimmer te organiseren.

• Je schakelt vlot wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.

Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn in elk onderdeel van de werking. We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een praktische aanpak en die anderen weet te betrekken om vooruitgang te boeken.
