Voor een familiaal en groeiend bedrijf actief in trucks en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen zoeken we een Teamverantwoordelijke Receptie, Magazijn & Facturatie (RMF) die mee het verschil maakt.

Jouw functie

Als Teamverantwoordelijke RMF geef je dagelijks leiding aan het team Receptie, Magazijn en Facturatie en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de After Sales Manager. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die mensen motiveert, processen stroomlijnt en klanten een uitstekende service bezorgt.

Je stuurt een enthousiast team aan bestaande uit:

  • 2 receptiemedewerkers
  • 1 medewerker facturatie
  • 1 magazijnier

Samen zorgen jullie voor een vlotte, efficiënte en klantgerichte werking. Je stuurt niet vanop afstand, maar werkt actief mee en neemt ownership over de dagelijkse operaties.

Jouw taken

People management & operationeel leiderschap

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van receptie, magazijn en facturatie
  • Coachend aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Opstellen van personeelsplanning en verzekeren van efficiënte bezetting
  • Bevorderen van samenwerking en positieve teamdynamiek
  • Ondersteunen onboarding, opleiding en ontwikkeling van medewerkers
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen en implementeren binnen processen

Interne coördinatie

  • Zorgen voor een sterke samenwerking met de werkplaats
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's binnen nieuwbouwactiviteiten

Parts Shop & klantencontacten

  • Verantwoordelijkheid over de Parts Shop
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klanten- en leveranciersrelaties
  • Maximaal inzetten op excellente customer experience
  • Bewaken van het merkimago en servicekwaliteit

Logistiek, orde & veiligheid

  • Voorraadbeheer en bestellen van onderdelen
  • Toezien op orde, veiligheid en naleving van procedures

REF:MEC

  • Je hebt een auto-technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen automotive
  • Je kent onderdelen/werktuigen van trucks, vans of personenwagens
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en communicatieve skills
  • Je haalt energie uit leidinggeven, coachen en samenwerken
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en flexibel
  • Je hebt ervaring in een coördinerende rol of bent klaar om die stap te zetten
  • Je werkt vlot met Word, Excel en Outlook
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een wisselend uurrooster (tussen 7u en 18u30)
  • Je werkt 1 op 2 zaterdagen (halve dag) en krijgt daarvoor een vrije dag doorheen de week
  • Je springt flexibel bij en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het geheel
