The posting

Als Verantwoordelijke Slachthuis neem je de leiding over de dagelijkse werking van het slachtproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen verlopen. Met jouw organisatorisch talent en coachende leiderschapsstijl stuur je een team van ongeveer 60 medewerkers aan en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw uitdaging?

Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen het slachthuis.

Je geeft leiding aan een team van een 60-tal medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning.

Je bewaakt de voortgang van de slachtlijn en zorgt voor een vlotte productiestroom.

Je volgt productiviteit, rendement en kwaliteit nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je garandeert de naleving van hygiëne-, kwaliteits-, voedselveiligheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Je detecteert afwijkingen of knelpunten en zorgt voor snelle, duurzame oplossingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met productieplanning, kwaliteitsdienst, technische dienst en management.

Je begeleidt en ontwikkelt medewerkers zodat zij optimaal kunnen presteren.

Je analyseert processen kritisch en formuleert verbeteringsvoorstellen rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing.

Je rapporteert productiegegevens, KPI's, incidenten en verbeteracties op een gestructureerde manier.

Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer waarin samenwerking, respect en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; ervaring in de vleesverwerkende sector of een slachthuis is een sterke troef.

Je beschikt over bewezen leidinggevende ervaring en haalt energie uit het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook in een dynamische omgeving.

Je neemt vlot beslissingen en bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld.

Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om vroeg op te starten (vanaf 4u volgens productieplanning).

Je communiceert duidelijk en weet medewerkers op een respectvolle manier mee te nemen in veranderingen en doelstellingen.
