  • Leiding geven aan het technisch team (6 medewerkers) en hen coachen in hun dagelijkse taken70% op de werkvloer: meewerken en problemen hands-on aanpakken 30% bureauwerk: plannen, organiseren en strategisch meedenken over onderhoud en verbeteringen
  • Beheer van het slachthuis: ervoor zorgen dat de productie optimaal kan werken
  • Optimalisatie en preventief onderhoud om de continuïteit en efficiëntie van de productie te garanderen
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partners om verbeteringen en innovaties door te voeren.
  • Ervaring als technische generalist binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Sterke people skills en de capaciteit om een team te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Een echte meewerkende leider die het team inspireert door zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken.
