The posting

Als Verantwoordelijke Techniek ben je de rots in de branding voor de gehele technische infrastructuur van onze twee hotelgebouwen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze 370 kamers verdeeld over 2 hotels, de openbare ruimtes, vergaderzaal en achterliggende installaties (HVAC, elektra, sanitair, veiligheid) in topconditie verkeren.

Je leidt een klein, hecht team van 3 personen (inclusief jezelf). Dit betekent dat je de leiding neemt, maar dat je ook meewerkt op de werkvloer.

Daarnaast ben je als Hoofd Technische Dienst een volwaardig lid van het Management Team. Je denkt actief mee over budgetten, duurzaamheidsprojecten, preventief onderhoud en de toekomstvisie van ons hotel.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden

Hands-on onderhoud: Uitvoeren van dagelijkse herstellingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingen oplossen (sanitair, elektriciteit, schilderwerk, HVAC, etc.).

Teamaansturing: Coachen, inplannen en motiveren van je 2 technici op een positieve en meewerkende manier.

Preventief beheer: Opzetten, opvolgen en uitvoeren van een strak preventief onderhoudsplan voor beide gebouwen.

Veiligheid & Wetgeving: Toezien op de naleving van de veiligheidsnormen (brandveiligheid, legionellabeheer, keuringen van lift- en HVAC-installaties).

Managementoverleg: Vertegenwoordigen van de technische dienst tijdens de wekelijkse diensthoofdenvergadering. Je rapporteert direct aan de General Manager.

Kosten- en budgetbeheer: Beheren van de voorraad, aanvragen van offertes en bewaken van het technische budget.

Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een brede technische functie (bij voorkeur binnen hospitality, vastgoed, zorg of een soortgelijke facilitaire omgeving).

Technisch onderlegd: Je hebt een brede kennis van elektriciteit, HVAC, loodgieterij en algemeen gebouwbeheer.

Instelling: Je bent een absolute doener. Je vindt het heerlijk om actief bezig te zijn en leidt door het goede voorbeeld te geven ( lead by example).

Leiderschap: Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet een klein team te inspireren en te structureren.

Stressbestendig & Flexibel: Je weet prioriteiten te stellen als er onverwachts storingen zijn en draait mee in een permanentiedienst/bereikbaarheidsregeling indien nodig.

Talen: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basis Engels (Frans is een pluspunt).
