Technische kennis combineren met leidinggeven, voorraadbeheer en procesoptimalisatie? Voor een groeiende technische organisatie in de regio Moeskroen zoekt Experza een Verantwoordelijke Technisch Magazijn. In deze functie stuur je de dagelijkse magazijnwerking aan en bewaak je de beschikbaarheid van technische wisselstukken voor de techniekers.

Met een hands-on aanpak, duidelijke prioriteiten en aandacht voor efficiëntie zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde werking waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? - De volledige werking van het technisch magazijn organiseren en opvolgen, van ontvangst en opslag tot uitgifte en retour van wisselstukken. - Een team van interne en externe medewerkers aansturen en duidelijke werkafspraken en procedures bewaken. - MRO- en niet-MRO-materialen beheren en voorraadniveaus opvolgen om tekorten en overtollige stock te beperken. - ABC-analyses uitvoeren en gebruiken om voorraadbeheer verder te optimaliseren. - Periodieke inventarisaties organiseren en afwijkingen tussen systeemgegevens en fysieke voorraad analyseren. - Artikelgegevens, magazijnlocaties en voorraadadministratie correct en actueel houden in het WMS/ERP-systeem. - Dagelijkse prioriteiten bepalen en de magazijnactiviteiten efficiënt verdelen. - KPI’s opvolgen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten, leverbetrouwbaarheid, medewerkers en milieu. - Root cause analyses uitvoeren bij terugkerende problemen en gerichte verbeteracties implementeren. - Samenwerken met afdelingsmanagers, werkvoorbereiders, teamleaders en techniekers om de logistieke flow optimaal te organiseren. - Verbeterprojecten initiëren en opvolgen met focus op efficiëntie, voorraadbeschikbaarheid en werkveiligheid. Ervaring binnen een technisch magazijn, bij voorkeur met technische onderdelen, componenten en wisselstukken. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers. Analytische en cijfermatige ingesteldheid met een procesgerichte manier van werken. Ervaring met WMS- of ERP-systemen en een goede digitale werkvaardigheid. Hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om actief aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer. Sterk in plannen, prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen. Nauwkeurige, punctuele en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding. Duidelijke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
