Hou je ervan om techniekers aan te sturen, onderhoudswerken te organiseren én zelf operationeel betrokken te blijven? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor onze klant zoeken we een Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst die zorgt voor een veilige, goed onderhouden en optimaal functionerende werkomgeving. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk organisatorisch talent en slaagt erin om onderhoudsactiviteiten efficiënt te plannen en op te volgen.

Wat ga je doen als Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst?

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van onderhoudstechniekers aan.
  • Je plant, organiseert en volgt preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van lopende werkzaamheden en stelt prioriteiten waar nodig.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee aan technische interventies wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je coördineert externe leveranciers en contractors.
  • Je volgt technische dossiers, keuringen en wettelijke verplichtingen correct op.
  • Je ziet toe op veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de organisatie.
  • Je zoekt continu naar verbeteringen in onderhoudsprocessen en facilitaire dienstverlening.
  • Je rapporteert over werkzaamheden, interventies en investeringsnoden.

Wat zoeken wij in een Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst?

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen onderhoud, facility management of een technische omgeving.
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit of algemene technische installaties is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers of beschikt over natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en schrikt er niet voor terug zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
