Bij Trixxo Jobs bieden we jou de kans om door te groeien in een stabiele en groeiende organisatie. In deze veelzijdige functie maak je gebruik van jouw ervaring als chauffeur en ga je aan de slag met het optimaliseren van de dagelijkse distributie. Je doorloopt een intensieve opleiding van ongeveer 3 maanden, waarin je alles leert over onze werking, routes en chauffeurs.

Na deze opleiding ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Planning & routes: het opstellen en optimaliseren van distributieroutes, rekening houdend met haalbaarheid en operationele wijzigingen.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs: de dagelijkse opvolging van chauffeurs en ondersteuning bij problemen onderweg.
  • Administratieve opvolging: nauwkeurige verwerking van gewerkte uren, retouren en distributiegerelateerde facturen.
  • Blijven rijden: wanneer nodig spring je zelf in als chauffeur, voor leveringen en ondersteuning.

Jouw ervaring op de weg is van onschatbare waarde. Je begrijpt de uitdagingen waar chauffeurs mee te maken hebben en weet hoe je moet handelen in onverwachte situaties. Kortom, je blijft dicht bij de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat de transportwerking soepel verloopt.

Wie zijn wij op zoek naar?

Deze functie is perfect voor jou als je denkt:

  • “Ik wil niet mijn hele carrière alleen maar rijden, ik wil verantwoordelijkheid nemen!”
  • Je beschikt over:
  • Een geldig rijbewijs C of bij voorkeur CE.
  • Geldige Code 95 en een medische keuring.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als chauffeur, bij voorkeur in distributie.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een praktische en analytische ingesteldheid met een groot probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je begrijpt de chauffeurswereld door jouw eigen ervaring op de weg.

  • Rustig blijft in uitdagende situaties en niet wacht tot anderen het probleem oplossen.
