Heb jij ruime ervaring in de bouw en wil je meerdere werven tegelijk mee in goede banen leiden? Krijg je energie van het coachen van projectleiders en het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en rendement? Zoek je een leidinggevende functie waarin je rechtstreeks schakelt met de directie en écht impact hebt op de uitvoering? Dan kan deze vaste job je interesseren!

Je komt terecht in een groeiend bouwbedrijf met West-Vlaamse roots, waar vakkennis, korte communicatielijnen en een menselijke aanpak centraal staan.

Jij neemt de leiding over de uitvoeringstak en ondersteun je de projectleiders en werfleiders bij de dagelijkse opvolging van meerdere werven.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen werf, projectleiding en directie. Dankzij jouw ervaring in de bouw weet je wat er op een werf speelt en kun je tegelijk voldoende afstand nemen om het overzicht over verschillende projecten te bewaren.

Concreet jouw taken van opstart tot oplevering:

  • Je bouwt mee aan een sterk en betrouwbaar team van projectleiders en werfleiders.
  • Je verdeelt projecten en capaciteit volgens ervaring, expertise en werkbelasting.
  • Je coacht projectleiders bij moeilijke beslissingen, uitdagingen en escalaties.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer verschillende werven aanspraak maken op dezelfde mensen of middelen.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en uniforme werkwijze rond rapportage, kwaliteit, veiligheid en escalatie.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid over alle werven heen.
  • Je volgt de rendabiliteit van de projecten mee op en rapporteert hierover aan de directie.
  • Je denkt vooruit over personeelsbehoefte, capaciteit en planning.
  • Je detecteert risico's en knelpunten tijdig en vertaalt die naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie tussen projectleiders, werfleiders, directie en andere betrokken partijen vlot verloopt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die de bouwsector door en door kent en voldoende ervaring heeft om meerdere projecten en mensen tegelijk aan te sturen.

  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider, werfleider of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen de bouw.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van ruwbouw, aangevuld met inzicht in afwerking en technieken.
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om knopen door te hakken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
