FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Bezit je over een natuurlijke flair? Ben je een pietje precies en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid?

Voor een gevestigd vastgoedkantoor in Oostduinkerke, gelegen op een unieke toplocatie vlak aan zee, zoeken we een gedreven medewerker om de vakantieverhuur verder uit te bouwen. De dienst staat er al, maar jij krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om dit volgend niveau te geven en de werking naar je toe te trekken.

Je helpt mee met het uitdenken van de organisatie van vakantieverhuur, je hebt veel klantencontact om de vakantiehuizen en -appartementen vol te krijgen, je verwelkomt nieuwe huurders, je voert controles uit op locatie, verwerkt administratieve taken en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor. Een gevarieerde en sociale job waarbij je kennismaakt met de wereld van vastgoed en vakantieverhuur.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Je neemt de coördinatie en operationele opvolging van de vakantieverhuur stevig in handen en bouwt de bestaande dienst verder uit.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met eigenaars en huurders, behandelt de verhuurdossiers en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie.
  • Je coördineert de verhuurplanning, de aankomsten en vertrekken, en stuurt de praktische controles op locatie aan.
  • Je verwerkt de bijhorende administratie, contracten en afrekeningen met een sterke oog voor nauwkeurigheid.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt al een mooie brok ervaring opgedaan binnen een commerciële, administratieve of organisatorische functie binnen de sector en kan zelfstandig werken, maar houdt tegelijk van teamwork.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, denkt vooruit en durft operationele knopen door te hakken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (kennis van Engels of Duits is een plus).
  • Je staat ervoor open om op zaterdag te werken en op woensdag vrij te zij. Weet: het juiste uurrooster en de praktische invulling hiervan zijn bespreekbaar, met het oog op een stabiele samenwerking voor de lange termijn.
