Jobomschrijving

Je rol

Je staat in voor het zelfstandig voorbereiden van courante aktes in de vastgoed sector (verkopen, kredieten, schenkingen,…).

Deze voorbereiding gebeurt aan de hand van gedetailleerde takenlijsten en up-to-date modellen.

Als verantwoordelijke voor vastgoeddossiers:

  • zie je er op toe dat alle voorafgaande formaliteiten en controles voor de akte correct worden vervuld.
  • ben je de contactpersoon voor cliënten in jouw dossiers (in persoon, per mail en telefonisch).
  • maak je het ontwerp van akte op.
  • bereken je de kosten en maak je de afrekeningen.
  • leg je de datum vast voor de ondertekening van de akte.
  • zorg je voor het tijdig versturen van bevestigingsbrieven en afrekeningen.

Voor vragen of problemen staat er altijd een collega (jurist) of notaris ter beschikking.

Daarnaast zal er beroep op jou gedaan kunnen worden voor minder courante aktes, ook in familiale sfeer (aangifte, echtscheiding), maar steeds onder begeleiding van een jurist.

Maandelijks komen we met alle medewerkers samen om te bespreken wat er nieuw of veranderd is. Deze kantoorvergadering wordt ook telkens gevolgd door een gezellige lunch.

  • Je bent master in de rechten of behaalde een bachelordiploma rechtspraktijk of bent geïnteresseerd in juridisch werk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het notariaat. Heb je geen ervaring in het notariaat, dan zullen we alles in het werk stellen om van deze eerste ervaring samen een succesverhaal te maken!
  • Je bent een teamspeler en goed in omgang met mensen. Collegialiteit en klantvriendelijkheid dragen we immers hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en nauwgezet, in staat kantoorprocedures eigen te maken en toe te passen, en goed in het plannen van uiteenlopende taken en het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de courante software (Microsoft Office) en bent bereid om nieuwe toepassingen aan te leren (Acta Libra).
  • Je bent leergierig en deelt je kennis en vaardigheden spontaan met je collega’s.
