Voor onze kantoren in Zottegem, Oudenaarde en Oosterzele zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel en organisatorisch talent om ons team te versterken.

In deze functie ben jij hét gezicht van de kantoren in de regio Zuid-Oost-Vlaanderen. Je beweegt je flexibel tussen de 3 vestigingen en neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid op voor de verhuur in en rond deze regio.

Onze fluogroene branding is haast niet meer weg te denken uit het straatbeeld, en ook online behoren we tot de voortrekkers in de sector. In elk van onze kantoren gaat ons gedreven team elke dag aan de slag om onze klanten de beste service en de ideale klik met hun thuis te bezorgen.

HOE ZIET JOUW JOB ERUIT?

In deze rol ligt de nadruk primair op de uitvoering en opvolging van verhuurdossiers en het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn op kantoor. Dankzij ons groot bestaand klantenbestand is er al een mooie, continue binnenstroom van dossiers. Algemene kantooradministratie vormt slechts een beperkt deel van je takenpakket; jouw energie gaat voornamelijk naar klantcontact, opvolging en het succesvol afronden van verhuurdossiers.

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je verwelkomt klanten op kantoor met een professionele en warme uitstraling.
  • Beheer van huurdossiers: Je pakt de binnenkomende dossiers met enthousiasme op en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve en commerciële afhandeling van A tot Z.
  • Bezoeken & opvolging: Je begeleidt kandidaat-huurders tijdens plaatsbezoeken en zorgt voor een transparante communicatie naar de verhuurders.
  • Marktbenadering & prospectie: Je benut het bestaande netwerk optimaal en bouwt de verhuurportefeuille in de regio verder uit.

WIE ZOEKEN WIJ?

Wij werken in een dienstverlenende sector waarin onze klanten altijd op de allereerste plaats komen. Dat betekent dat het er bij momenten snel en intensief aan toe kan gaan. We zoeken dan ook iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

  • Stressbestendig & Verantwoordelijk: Je behoudt je kalmte en overzicht op drukke momenten, pakt dossiers zelfstandig op en durft de leiding te nemen over jouw regio.
  • Klant- en servicegericht: Je stelt de klant altijd centraal en haalt voldoening uit een topservice.
  • Flexibel & Leergierig: Je schakelt vlot tussen onze 3 kantoren (Zottegem, Oudenaarde en Oosterzele) en leert snel bij.
  • Talen: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; een goede beheersing van het Frans is een duidelijke plus.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in de vastgoed- of verhuursector is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute must. Instelling, motivatie en goesting wegen zwaarder!
  • Mobiliteit: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen (een must om je vlot tussen de kantoren en panden te verplaatsen).
