Profiel

Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke ben je de operationele spil van de afdeling planten en buitenplanten. Je zorgt dagelijks voor een top-ervaring voor zowel klanten als je team.

Jouw takenpakket:

Aantrekkelijk presenteren:

  • Je zorgt voor een onweerstaanbare afdeling door producten te presenteren volgens de facingregels

Stockbeheer:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede stockopvolging, het aanvullen van rekken, het integreren van nieuwe producten en het vermijden van lege ruimtes door vlotte rotatie

Orde en netheid:

  • Je handhaaft de orde en netheid in zowel de afdeling als het magazijn

Commerciële acties:

  • Je implementeert promoties in overleg met de teamcoach en Aankoop.

Klanttevredenheid:

  • Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten correct, behandelt klachten professioneel en springt indien nodig bij aan de kassa (scannen, afrekenen, verwelkomen)

Rapportering & aankoop:

  • Je controleert de voorraad, meldt afwijkingen aan de teamcoach en geeft suggesties tot aankoop via het systeem door

Teamcoördinatie:

  • Je organiseert wekelijkse briefings, bepaalt prioriteiten, leidt nieuwe medewerkers en studenten op en verdeelt de werkdruk evenwichtig

Aanspreekpunt:

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt en koppelt frequent terug naar de teamcoach

Jij bent een enthousiaste en polyvalente collega met:

Opleiding:

  • Je hebt reeds kennis van bloemen planten verzorging hiervan

Ervaring:

  • Ervaring in de retailsector is een grote plus!

Talenkennis:

  • Je bent spreekt perfect Nederlands en zeer goed Frans

Soft skills:

  • Je bent goed georganiseerd, een echte teamspeler en stressbestendig

Mentaliteit:

  • Je bent gedreven door ambitie en uitgesproken klantgerichtheid om een inspirerende winkelervaring te creëren
