Heb jij een passie voor charcuterie, werk je graag stevig door en weet jij als geen ander hoe je een toog doet schitteren?

Voor een slagerij in Ternat zijn we op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Charcuterie voor 35 uur per week.

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de charcuterieafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de toog er steeds verzorgd, aantrekkelijk en vers bij ligt en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en professionele bediening.

We zoeken iemand met heel wat ervaring en productkennis, maar vooral iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Jij houdt van tempo, ziet werk liggen en weet met jouw energie ook collega's mee te trekken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verzorgen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van de charcuterietoog
  • Versnijden en klaarmaken van verschillende soorten charcuterie
  • Klanten vlot en vriendelijk bedienen
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, versheid en correcte bewaring van de producten
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de afdeling steeds netjes, verzorgd en goed aangevuld is
  • De charcuterieproducten en hun eigenschappen goed kennen
  • Het werk efficiënt organiseren en het tempo hoog houden
  • Collega's ondersteunen en mee zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de afdeling
  • Snel schakelen wanneer het druk wordt
  • Hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet opvolgen

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de charcuterieafdeling er op elk moment op haar best uitziet én dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met klanten werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt in een actieve winkelomgeving.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Je hebt veel ervaring en een uitstekende productkennis van charcuterie
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je weet hoe je een charcuterietoog aantrekkelijk en verzorgd presenteert
  • Je bent een teamspeler die collega's kan motiveren en meetrekken
  • Je bent flexibel in uren en werkdagen
  • Je bent bereid om voltijds te werken binnen een regime van 35 uur per week
  • Zaterdagwerk schrikt je niet af
