Woondromen bouwen doen we als familiebedrijf al sinds 1967 in ons keuken- en meubelatelier. Samen met ons 40-koppige team staan we elke dag klaar om een adembenemend interieur voor ieders stijl waar te maken. Van inspiratie tot ontwerp, van vakkundige plaatsing tot jarenlange naservice: op ons kan je bouwen.

Verantwoordelijke verkoopsteam

Jij neemt de dagelijkse leiding over ons commercieel team in handen. Hierbij ben jij de lijm tussen de verschillende verkoopsteams: het maatwerk- en keukenteam en het meubelteam.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroom, efficiënte workflows en duidelijke structuur, zonder onze warme en authentieke bedrijfssfeer uit het oog te verliezen. Naast de dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van ons verkoopsteam maatwerk (5 medewerkers) en meubilair (2 medewerkers), bied je strategische ondersteuning in de verdere vormgeving van onze werking en organisatie. Verder geef je mee vorm aan de ondersteunende processen (onthaal en verkoop back-office).

Als waardengedreven organisatie dragen we stiptheid, efficiëntie, hartelijkheid en vertrouwen bijzonder hoog in het vaandel. Het nastreven van een unieke klantenbeleving staat bij dit alles centraal zodat onze klanten steeds kunnen ‘thuiskomen’.

Wat wij in jou zoeken

Je legt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol voor, bij voorkeur in een B2C-omgeving. Als inspirerende leider krijg jij mensen in beweging en laat je hen verder groeien in hun rol. Dankzij jouw sterke organisatievaardigheden en oog voor procesverbetering til je onze werking naar een hoger niveau. Naast het opzetten van structuren kan je deze ook implementeren en consequent bewaken op langere termijn.

Verder heb je commerciële feeling en denk je graag mee op organisatieniveau over nieuwe initiatieven en verbeterpunten binnen de dynamiek van ons familiebedrijf.
