Voor een productiebedrijf in regio Meulebeke zoeken we een verantwoordelijke voor de verpakkingsafdeling. In deze functie sta je in voor een vlot, efficiënt en kwaliteitsgericht verloop van het volledige verpakkingsproces. Je combineert organisatie, opvolging en teamcoördinatie.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstarten, opvolgen en bijsturen van het verpakkingsproces.
  • Toezien op de correcte naleving van kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van het team binnen de verpakkingsafdeling.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen en meewerken aan optimalisaties.
  • Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke over voortgang en eventuele knelpunten.
  • Controleren van verpakkingsorders en ondersteunen van de communicatie tussen productieplanning en opslag van afgewerkte producten.
  • Verder uitrollen en implementeren van het MES- en ERP-systeem op de verpakkingsvloer.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Ervaring heeft in een productieomgeving (ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt).
  • Gemotiveerd, flexibel en hands-on is ingesteld.
  • Technisch inzicht combineert met leidinggevende capaciteiten.
  • Vlot Engels spreekt en begrijpt.
  • Bereid is om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Over goede computervaardigheden beschikt
