Passie voor zee- en visproducten en lokale handel? Als Verantwoordelijke visafdeling stuur je de werking van de afdeling aan en garandeer je dagelijks een onberispelijke versheid. Dankzij jouw expertise en leiderschap laat je het verkooppunt stralen en bied je een uitstekende service aan de klanten.

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Aansturing & Beheer: De activiteiten van de afdeling leiden als Verantwoordelijke visafdeling, het werk van het team coördineren en zorgen voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Voorraad & Bestellingen: Bestellingen plaatsen, de voorraad beheren, de ontvangst van goederen controleren en een perfecte traceerbaarheid van de visproducten garanderen.
  • Verkoop & Advies: De toog/presentatie klaarmaken, vis versnijden en schoonmaken, en klanten professioneel adviseren over de aanvoer en bereidingswijzen.
  • Hygiëne & Kwaliteit: Zien op de strikte naleving van de HACCP-normen, de koudeketen en de netheid van de werkplek.

Profiel

  • Bewezen ervaring als Verantwoordelijke visafdeling, Afdelingshoofd of gekwalificeerd visboer/visspecialist in de supermarktsector of detailhandel.
  • Beheersing van snijtechnieken, visbereiding en hygiëneregels in de voedselketen.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap, organisatietalent en het vermogen om een team te motiveren.
  • Hoge eisen op het vlak van kwaliteit, versheid en presentatie van de producten.
  • Grondige kennis van visspecialiteiten en het seizoensaanbod van zee- en visproducten.
  • Vaardigheden in budgettair beheer (analyse van marges, beheer van verliezen en dervingen).
