Heb jij een passie voor zwaar materieel en technische uitdagingen hou je van verantwoordelijkheid? Wij zoeken een werkplaatsverantwoordelijke zwaar materieel te Zedelgem! Krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team én het optimaliseren van een werkplaats? Wil jij mee bouwen aan een modern service center waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt? Dan is deze functie jouw volgende carrièrestap.

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het service center en zorg je ervoor dat het zwaar materieel steeds in topconditie blijft.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en bent een belangrijke schakel in de verdere uitbouw van een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte werking.

Je zal onder andere:

  • Coördineren en aansturen van de dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats.
  • Leiding geven aan een team van techniekers en hen motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Opstellen van onderhoudsplanningen en opvolgen van herstellingen aan zwaar materieel.
  • Detecteren van terugkerende technische problemen en meewerken aan duurzame verbeteringen.
  • Actief ondersteunen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.
  • Optimaliseren van processen en meebouwen aan de verdere groei van het service center.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen de werkplaats.
  • Een sterke technische achtergrond binnen elektromechanica, mechanica, autotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van een technisch team.
