Als verfadviseur denk je met de klant mee, begrijp je hun wensen en inspireer je hen met kleur en interieur. Van voorbereiding tot afwerking, zowel in de winkel als bij hen thuis. Je staat in voor een warm welkom en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich direct op zijn gemak voelt. jouw taken - verwelkomen van klanten met enthousiasme - klantadvies met een persoonlijke touch - inspireren met kleur- en interieuradvies - advies rond raamdecoratie - technische begeleiding van DIY-projecten - organiseren van workshops - etalages opbouwen en (her)inrichten van de winkel - beheren van bestellingen en stock - je bent een commercieel talent met no-nonsens en eerlijke aanpak. - ervaring op vlak van kleur en interieur is een pluspunt, jouw leerbereidheid en interesse ook - je toont flexibiliteit en bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken. - teamplayer met creatieve skills en een hart voor kleur en verf. - je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. - je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en je hebt een goede operationele kennis van het Frans. ons aanbod - een inspirerende werkomgeving vol creativiteit - een gezellig en hecht team - uitdaging om je talenten optimaal te benutten - persoonlijk opleidingstraject en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden (E-learnings, coachingsessies, opleiding, workshops, interpersoonlijke trainingsessies…) - vast contract met marktconform loon volgens een sterke marktpositionering (incl. maaltijdcheques, mogelijkheid tot fietslease,..)) - deeltijdse functie 4/5de met later optie voltijds - vrije dag op dinsdag en 3/4 zaterdagen werken - uurrooster bespreekbaar Stel je vraag aan Delphine Vragen over deze vacature?
