Als Vergunningenmanager in Akkrum begeleid je projecten van initiatief tot besluit. Daarmee maak je plannen binnen energietransitie, infrastructuur en gebiedsontwikkeling daadwerkelijk mogelijk. Wat ga je doen? Als Vergunningenmanager in Akkrum neem je voor onze opdrachtgever de regie over vergunningstrajecten binnen complexe projecten. Je start met het inventariseren van benodigde vergunningen, onderzoeken en procedures en stelt vervolgens een vergunningsstrategie op. Tijdens het verdere traject coördineer je omgevingsonderzoeken, vergunningaanvragen en de afstemming met het bevoegd gezag. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, overheden en verschillende disciplines binnen projecten. Ook bewaak je de planning en zorg je dat besluiten en acties tijdig worden opgepakt. Je krijgt te maken met projecten waarin wetgeving, technische vraagstukken en verschillende belangen bij elkaar komen. Daarbij spelen de Omgevingswet, milieu, natuur, stikstof en veiligheid regelmatig een belangrijke rol. Je signaleert mogelijke risico's voordat deze tot vertraging leiden en brengt de juiste stakeholders met elkaar in contact. Projecten kunnen draaien om energie-infrastructuur, zonne- en windenergie, natuurontwikkeling, spoorlocaties of andere vormen van gebiedsontwikkeling. Met jouw kennis van vergunningmanagement vertaal je complexe procedures naar een duidelijke aanpak en draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van projecten.
