De agrarische sector staat voor grote uitdagingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid, stikstof, natuur, milieu en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Als Vergunningverlener Agrarisch speel jij een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van vergunningaanvragen en het begeleiden van agrarische ondernemers binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Voor diverse gemeenten, omgevingsdiensten en provincies zoeken wij een Vergunningverlener Agrarisch die complexe vraagstukken weet te beoordelen en belangen zorgvuldig kan afwegen. Wat ga je doen? - Beoordelen van vergunningaanvragen voor agrarische bedrijven. - Toetsen van aanvragen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet. - Adviseren over milieu-, natuur-, stikstof- en ruimtelijke vraagstukken. - Opstellen van vergunningen, beschikkingen en juridische onderbouwingen. - Afstemmen met agrarische ondernemers, adviseurs, overheden en andere stakeholders. - Coördineren van vergunningprocedures en bewaken van termijnen. - Beoordelen van onderzoeken en rapportages op het gebied van milieu, geur, geluid, stikstof en natuur. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar de praktijk. - Bijdragen aan een zorgvuldige en efficiënte vergunningverlening. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Milieukunde, Agrarische Bedrijfskunde, Dier- en Veehouderij, Land- en Watermanagement, Omgevingsrecht of vergelijkbaar. - Affiniteit met de agrarische sector en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. - Kennis van de Omgevingswet, milieuregelgeving en vergunningprocedures. - Ervaring als vergunningverlener, adviseur of beleidsmedewerker is een pré. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. - Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge comm...
