Wil jij als medior je kennis en ervaring vergroten en benut jij de kansen om door te groeien? Dat komt goed uit, want wij zoeken een: Vergunningverlener Agrarisch (B) voor 32-36 uur per week Dit doe je Namens de zestien gemeenten in Noord-Holland Noord word je ingezet op de altijd uitdagende dossiers rond diverse soorten agrarische bedrijven. Met de landbouwtransitie en de grote veranderingen op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht is dit dé regio waar het momenteel gebeurt. Iets meer dan 3.000 bedrijven hebben te maken met verduurzaming van de voedselvoorziening, energiebesparing, het stikstofvraagstuk en schaalvergroting. Zeker in Noord-Holland Noord is er wat dat betreft genoeg te doen en zul jij je niet vervelen. Je beoordeelt de toekomstplannen en werkwijzen van bedrijven en toetst deze aan relevante regelgeving en kaders. Hiervoor gebruik je verordeningen, wetten, regelgeving, onderzoeken, jurisprudentie, procedures en beleid. Met de besluiten die je opstelt formaliseer je - in veel gevallen - de gevraagde activiteiten van bedrijven en bescherm je de natuur en het milieu volgens de huidige wet- en regelgeving. Meldingen beoordeel je op volledigheid en juistheid. Je legt hierbij contact met de gemeente en/of melder en stelt vervolgens een schriftelijke reactie op. De aanvragen van bedrijven voor omgevingsvergunningen pak je op, ook om je eigen ontwikkeling te stimuleren. Je denkt op hoofdlijnen mee met bedrijven.
