Deze rol is cruciaal voor de uitvoering van de Omgevingswet, waarbij vergunningverlening en toezicht op bouwprojecten door de gemeente zelf worden uitgevoerd. De gemeente hecht veel waarde aan samenwerking met inwoners, ondernemers en instellingen om de leefomgeving te verbeteren. Verantwoordelijkheden - Bespreken van bouwplannen en aanvragen met betrokkenen, zoals aanvragers en interne adviseurs. - Toetsen van aanvragen aan het omgevingsplan en relevante wet- en regelgeving, inclusief het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving. - Opstellen van conceptvergunningen en bepalen van voorwaarden in overleg met anderen. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor aanvragers en belanghebbenden. - Initiëren van (voor)overleg en tijdig betrekken van vakspecialisten. - Bewaken van termijnen en kwaliteit van de aanvragen. - Bieden van vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning bij bezwaar- en beroepschriften.
