Als vergunningverlener erfgoed en monumenten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig behandelen van complexe aanvragen en procedures op het gebied van erfgoed, monumenten en de fysieke leefomgeving. Je beoordeelt aanvragen, toetst deze aan relevante wet- en regelgeving en gemeentelijk beleid, en bereidt besluiten voor. Je combineert bouwkundige deskundigheid met juridische kennis, zodat je zowel de technische als juridische aspecten van erfgoedvraagstukken kunt beoordelen. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt collega's, waarborgt de kwaliteit binnen het team en adviseert initiatiefnemers en belanghebbenden over optimale oplossingen. Je bent minimaal twee dagen per week fysiek aanwezig op kantoor en draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige belangenafweging tussen cultuurhistorische waarden, eigenaren en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op HBO-niveau. - Heeft gevoel voor cultuurhistorische waarden en het belang van behoud en restauratie. - Ervaring als vergunningverlener erfgoed/monumenten binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Kennis en ervaring met het beoordelen en adviseren van aanvragen op het gebied van cultuurhistorie en monumenten. - Kan bouwkundige plannen en technische ingrepen beoordelen op gevolgen voor monumenten. - In staat om complexe bouwkundige, juridische en erfgoedkundige informatie snel te doorgronden. - Bekend met Kwaliteitscriteria 3.0 Deskundigheidsgebied 1 (b) - complex en 2 (b) - complexe aanvragen. - Kennis van RX-Mission is een pré. - Bereidheid om minimaal twee dagen per week op kantoor aanwezig te zijn. - Werkt procedureel zorgvuldig en let op wettelijke termijnen en rechtszekerheid. - Ervaring met ...
