Vergunningverlener Evenementen Uren per week 24 - 24 uur Salaris € 3.246 - € 4.556 Salarisschaal Schaal 8 Opleidingsniveau MBO+ Algemene informatie Je komt te werken binnen de afdeling Fysieke leefomgeving. De medewerkers binnen deze afdeling houden zich bezig met beleid en advies op de verschillende terreinen van de fysieke leefomgeving. Deze functie maakt deel uit van het cluster Vergunningen. Binnen het cluster ben je samen met vijf collega's verantwoordelijk voor de vergunningverlening op het gebied van de APV en bijzondere wetten. Jij houdt je bezig met de vergunningverlening rondom evenementen. Wat ga je doen? Als vergunningverlener Evenementen behandel je aanvragen voor evenementen binnen de gemeente Kampen. Je werkt veel samen met andere vergunningverleners, de boa's, adviseurs van de afdeling Openbare Orde en Veiligheid, de Veiligheidsregio (brandweer) en de politie. In jouw rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor aanvragers en andere belanghebbenden. Je behandelt aanvragen, initieert (voor)overleggen, betrekt tijdig de verschillende vakspecialisten en bewaakt termijnen en kwaliteit. Daarnaast bied je vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning bij bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. Ook ben je een vraagbaak voor ondernemers, inwoners en collega's en adviseer je de burgemeester over vergunningaanvragen en lopende zaken. Tot slot help je en adviseer je bij het opstellen van beleid. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van de APV en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met APV-vergunningverlening. Ervaring met het verlenen van evenementenvergunningen is een pré. - Je kunt goed communiceren, schriftelijk en mondeling, op alle niveaus; - Je beschikt over politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken en je geeft binnen hoofdlijnen invulling aan jouw eigen werk; - Je bent een echte teamspeler die proactief en oplossingsgericht de samenwerking met anderen...
