Organisatieomschrijving Gemeente Dongen De gemeente Dongen is een betrokken en wendbare lokale overheid in Midden‑Brabant, met ongeveer 27.000 inwoners en circa 250 collega’s die samen werken aan leefbare, rechtvaardige en toekomstbestendige diensten voor bewoners, ondernemers en partners in de regio. Als organisatie kenmerkt Dongen zich door een informele, resultaatgerichte cultuur met zelforganiserende teams, korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Professionals krijgen hier de ruimte en het vertrouwen om hun werk op eigen wijze in te richten en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor resultaten, met oog voor pragmatische oplossingen in plaats van bureaucratische procedures. Voor externe inhuur betekent dit dat je wordt ingezet in een omgeving waarin je direct kunt meewerken aan maatschappelijke opgaven, snel kunt schakelen met collega’s en partners, en waarin kwaliteit van dienstverlening en betrokkenheid bij de lokale samenleving centraal staan. Bij Dongen werken we samen aan uitdagingen op het gebied van dienstverlening, bestuursondersteuning, maatschappelijke ondersteuning, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en andere kerntaken van een moderne gemeente. Aanleiding en doel van de inhuur Binnen team Veiligheid, Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VVVTH) is sprake van een tijdelijke piek in de werkzaamheden op het gebied van vergunningverlening. Om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen en de bestaande werkvoorraad weg te werken, is tijdelijke extra capaciteit noodzakelijk. De inhuur is specifiek bedoeld om de piekbelasting op te vangen en openstaande dossiers voortvarend af te handelen. Hiermee wordt ruimte gecreëerd binnen het team om de reguliere werkzaamheden en nieuwe aanvragen tijdig en zor.
