Functiebeschrijving Als vergunningverlener Horeca en APV zorg je voor een bruisende binnenstad met leuke horecagelegenheden en evenementen doordat je: - Vergunningen verleent op het gebied van APV en bijzondere wetten, waaronder evenementen, drank- en horecawet en winkeltijdenwet. - Het beleid voor de gemeente opstelt en evalueert. - Ook behandel je verzoeken om ontheffing zoals art. 35 35 Drank- en Horecawet, geluidseisen en sluitingstijd. - Zelfstandig overleggen voert over veiligheid en horeca. - Informatie verstrekt over wet- en regelgeving en procedures aan in- en externe partijen. - Het dagelijkse bestuur en de burgemeester bij de Bezwaarschriftencommissie vertegenwoordigt. Hoe ziet jouw dag er dan uit? Na een nacht heerlijk slapen kom je uitgerust op je werk aan. Je mailbox puilt uit van het grote aantal verzoeken voor het verlenen van diverse vergunningen, maar ook ondernemers die willen weten wat de stand van zaken is van hun vergunningaanvraag. Je ziet dat bij het merendeel van de vergunningen onvoldoende informatie is aangeleverd en doet bij de aanvragende partij een verzoek tot volledigheid en geeft de termijn mee.
