Is relevantie, afwisseling en uitdaging wat jij zoekt? Ben je geïnteresseerd in het huidige én toekomstige omgevingsbeleid? Draag jij je kennis en ervaring graag over aan junior collega's? Zin in zo'n baan? Dat komt goed uit, want wij zoeken een: Vergunningverlener Milieu (A) voor 32-36 uur per week Dit doe je Namens de zestien gemeenten in Noord-Holland Noord word je ingezet op onze uitdagende dossiers rond diverse (grotere) bedrijven. Met zo'n 17.000 bedrijven en grote veranderingen op het gebied van het omgevingsrecht is dit dé regio waar het momenteel gebeurt. Je beoordeelt de toekomstplannen en werkwijzen van bedrijven en toetst deze aan relevante regelgeving en kaders. Hiervoor gebruik je verordeningen, wetten, regelgeving, procedures en beleid. Je denkt op hoofdlijnen mee met bedrijven en doet suggesties om mogelijke problemen te voorkomen. Aanvragen van bedrijven voor (complexe) omgevingsvergunningen beoordeel je op volledigheid en juistheid. Na toetsing aan het wettelijke kader stel je een besluit op. Met dit besluit formaliseer je - in veel - gevallen de voorgenomen activiteiten van bedrijven en bescherm je het milieu zo goed als mogelijk. Ook behandel je meldingen van complexe bedrijven. Om dit goed te kunnen doen bezoek je regelmatig bedrijven zodat je de situatie ter plekke kunt beoordelen, hun processen leert kennen en een relatie met hen opbouwt. Hiermee vergroot jij je milieutechnisch inzicht in de grote verscheidenheid aan bedrijven die actief zijn in ons werkgebied. Verder ben je actief in een in- en extern netwerk van onder andere adviseurs, juristen, onze uitvoeringspartners en colle...
