Als Junior vergunningverlener draag jij zorg voor een adequate afhandeling van bouwaanvragen en zorg jij voor de kwaliteit van de bebouwde omgeving. - Bouwaanvragen aan het bestemmingsplan toetst - Advies verstrekt over het toekennen van beschikkingen - Ontheffingsprocedures doorloopt - Aanvragen aan de Omgevingswet toetst - De termijnen bewaakt van lopende aanvragen - Contact onderhoudt met externe partijen Hoe ziet jouw dag er dan uit? Er zijn flink wat nieuwe aanvragen binnengekomen. Je gaat je vandaag bezighouden met aanvragen voor een grote verbouwing van een woonhuis, de bouw van een garage, en de bouw van een nieuw bedrijfspand. Je vindt de afwisseling tussen kleine en complexere aanvragen leuk en gaat met veel energie aan de slag. Je duikt in de wetgeving. Functie eisen Must have's Met jouw oog voor de verschillende belangen die spelen, neem je de juiste beslissingen. Daarnaast weet jij op een juiste manier te reageren in conflictsituaties. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal een hbo diploma richting bouwkunde - De broodnodige bouwkundige en juridische kennis (Woningwet, Omgevingswet) - Minimaal 1-3 jaar recente ervaring als bouwplantoetser/vergunningverlener omgevingswet binnen een gemeente - ABW 1 of ABW 2 is een pré! Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat krijg je Goed salaris Een startsalaris van €3206 - €4499 per maand o.b.v. 36 uur (afhankelijk van werkervaring en opleiding) Reiskostenvergoeding Reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO, optie tot het krijgen van een NS-Business card of een lease auto voor zakelijk én privé gebruik.
