Vergunningverlener Wabo Gemeente Functie omschrijving Vergunningverlener Wabo Als Wabo vergunningverlener toets je aanvragen om omgevingsvergunning en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij de afdeling KCC-Vergunningen. Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren en coördineren van alle activiteiten behorende bij de aanvraag van een omgevingsvergunning, zowel de reguliere als uitgebreide procedure. Je voert regie op het gehele proces en de voortgang. Je stemt af met interne- en externe vakspecialisten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Beoordeling van vergunningaanvragen, specifiek op buitengebied; - Inwinnen adviezen van zowel interne als externe partners; - Toetsing van aanvragen aan relevante wetgeving, beleidskaders en regelingen (bestemmingsplan, welstand(snota), bouwbesluit en bouwverordening); - Weging van verschillende adviezen ten behoeve van het besluit; - Opstellen verlening of weigering van de vergunning. Functie eisen Vergunningverlener Wabo - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO bachelor opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde / Ruimtelijke Ordening / Rechten; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als Vergunningverlener Wabo; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de behandeling van aanvragen in het buitengebied; - Aantoonbare kennis van of werkervaring met milieuwetgeving opgedaan door relevante werkervaring en/of een cursus; - Ervaring of bekend zijn met Squit XO is een pré; - Je kan goed omgaan met conflictsituaties en belangentegenstellingen.
