Waar jij aan bijdraagt Wil jij werken aan vergunningvraagstukken die zichtbaar impact hebben op Flevoland? Als Vergunningverlener waterstaatswerken beoordeel en begeleid je uiteenlopende initiatieven in, op en rondom onze waterstaatswerken. Je denkt mee met initiatiefnemers, werkt samen met overheden en collega's en zoekt binnen de geldende kaders naar wat wél mogelijk is. Van nieuwe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen tot activiteiten rondom dijken en watergangen: de vraagstukken zijn divers en maatschappelijk relevant. Je krijgt de ruimte om steeds zelfstandiger en complexere dossiers op te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. Zo lever je een concrete bijdrage aan veilige dijken, een robuust watersysteem en een toekomstbestendig Flevoland. Waar jij aan bijdraagt Je bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor initiatiefnemers en denkt mee over wat binnen de geldende kaders mogelijk is. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's en externe partners. De ene keer voer je een vooroverleg met een gemeente of initiatiefnemer, de andere keer stem je een inhoudelijk vraagstuk af met collega's van beleid, toezicht of juridische zaken. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig complexere dossiers op te pakken en je verder te verdiepen binnen het vakgebied. Concreet houd je je bezig met het: - beoordelen van vergunningaanvragen en meldingen; - opstellen van vergunningen en adviezen; - afwegen van verschillende belangen binnen de kaders van wet- en regelgeving; - voeren van vooroverleggen met initiatiefnemers en bevoegde gezagen; - samenwerken met collega's van onder andere beleid, toezicht en juridische zaken; - bijdragen aan een zorgvuldig en efficiënt vergunningverleningsproces; - meedenken over verbe...
