niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor het vervoer, maar ook voor het in- en uitpakken en monteren van

meubels bij de klant? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou!

Voor Mechels Verhuisbedrijf in Bonheiden zoeken we een gepassioneerde Verhuizer/Chauffeur C of CE.

Locatie: Mechels Verhuisbedrijf

Meiboomstraat 3 / unit 3 te 2820 Bonheiden

Doelstelling: Jij zorgt ervoor dat de verhuisgoederen veilig en efficiënt van A naar B worden vervoerd, zowel nationaal als door heel Europa. Dit doe je op een professionele en voorzichtige manier.

Jobinhoud:

  • De dag voordien ontvang je de benodigde informatie over de opdracht en de samenstelling van jouw team voor de dag zelf;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de verhuisgoederen logisch worden geladen, goed gestapeld en veilig vervoerd worden. Je gebruikt je ruimtelijk inzicht, de juiste werkmaterialen en voertuigen, altijd met aandacht voor de veiligheid;
  • Jij bent de piloot van de vrachtwagen en draagt zorg voor het voertuig: van orde en netheid tot het respecteren van het milieu;
  • Naast het rijden ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor het in- en uitladen van de goederen, het verpakken en zelfs het demonteren en monteren van meubels bij de klant;
  • Wanneer er zich problemen voordoen, los je deze op een klantvriendelijke en geduldige manier op;
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling en laat de klant de werkbon aftekenen.

Jouw talenten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs C of CE en vakbekwaamheid, en hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring als chauffeur C of CE;
  • Je kent de wegcode en past deze correct toe. Ook het (inter)nationale wegennet is je bekend;
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt een vlotte kennis van Engels;
  • Je bent bewust van risico’s en schade, zowel voor de omgeving als voor de gezondheid van je collega’s en jezelf;
  • Je hebt oog voor resultaat en klantgerichtheid;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en weet kalm te blijven in stressvolle situaties.
