Als Verhuurdesk Medewerker voor de locatie Dordrecht handel je aanvragen snel af, denkt mee en adviseert over het juiste materieel voor de klus. Dankzij jou kunnen de collega's buiten door met hun projecten. Wat ga je doen? Als Verhuurdesk Medewerker ben jij het onderdeel van de Materieeldienst. De Materieeldienst beheert, onderhoudt en verhuurt al het materieel en materiaal van Van Gelder, zodat de collega's buiten altijd met goedgekeurd en werkend gereedschap aan de slag kunnen. In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van het depot in Dordrecht. Collega's uit de vastgestelde postcodegebieden vragen bij jou materieel en materiaal aan: van trilplaten en accuboormachines tot brandblussers en koffie. Jij pakt elke aanvraag dezelfde werkdag op, vraagt door waar nodig en adviseert over het juiste materieel of materiaal voor de klus. Je runt het depot als je eigen winkel. Dat betekent: - Aanvragen verwerken via het portaal. Er worden ook andere tools gebruikt, zoals telefoon, mail en app. Het is jouw taak om de collega's te stimuleren om het portaal te gebruiken. - De voorraad van het materiaaldepot zelf beheren en tijdig bijbestellen. - Retour gekomen materieel beoordelen op compleetheid en schakelen (in samenwerking met de binnendienstmonteur) als er zaken ontbreken. - Fysieke in- en uitgifte verzorgen en de voorraadbetrouwbaarheid bewaken. - Materieelaanvragen en doorbelastingsorders verwerken in 4PS. - Indien nodig v...
