Je zorgt dat alles goed en soepel verloopt, van het eerste contact tot de sleuteloverdracht. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak maak je echt verschil. Een afwisselende baan met zichtbaar resultaat en betekenis voor anderen. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verhuren van woningen Amersfoort. Je zorgt ervoor dat toekomstige bewoners tijdig en zorgvuldig worden begeleid naar hun nieuwe woning en dat alle processen soepel verlopen richting de sleuteloverdracht. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor woningzoekenden en begeleidt hen gedurende het gehele verhuurtraject: van de eerste advertentie tot de sleuteloverdracht. Daarbij houd je rekening met de verschillende toewijzingsregels binnen de sociale huur en zorg je voor een optimale verhuur van de beschikbare woningen. In het gebiedsteam Amersfoort werk je samen met de collega's sociaal beheer, beheerders leefomgeving en gebiedsregisseurs en voor de verhuur natuurlijk met de opzichters van Dagelijks Onderhoud. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de woningen tijdig worden verhuurd en bewoners goed voorbereid hun nieuwe woning kunnen betrekken. Hoe ga je dit doen? - Je verzorgt de verhuur van woningen in Amersfoort, - Je adverteert woningen via de daarvoor bestemde kanalen en organiseert bezichtigingen. - Je controleert kandidaat-dossiers op passendheid en toetst aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Je stelt huurovereenkomsten op en verzorgt een correcte administratieve afhandeling. - Je begeleidt woningzoekenden gedurende het volledige verhuurproces en beantwoordt vragen van toekomstige huurders. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Dagelijks Onderhoud en mogelijk in de nieuwbouwprojecten om de woningen su...
