Beheer contracten, plan bezichtigingen en help huurders! Wat ga je doen? Samen met jouw team ben je het vaste gezicht voor kandidaat-huurders en bewoners van gevarieerd vastgoed. Je begeleidt het verhuurtraject en houdt de administratie op orde. In de rol van Verhuurmedewerker in Zeist beantwoord je vragen van geïnteresseerden en verwerk je aanvragen direct. Je stelt waterdichte huurcontracten op, beheert dossiers en houdt de verhuur- en sleuteladministratie op orde. Daarnaast plan je bezichtigingen en verzorg je de opleveringen op locatie. We zoeken een gedreven collega met mbo4-werk- en -denkniveau. Je beschikt over mbo4-werk- en -denkniveau en pakt zaken proactief op. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar zoekt continu de samenwerking op met je team en facilitaire afdelingen. Met jouw uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands sta je iedereen professioneel te woord. Je versterkt een gevestigde vastgoedonderneming met oog voor de toekomst. Je komt terecht in een professioneel familiebedrijf waar creatie en ontwikkeling centraal staan. De werksfeer is informal met korte communicatielijnen, waardoor je snel impact maakt en alle ruimte krijgt om te groeien.
