Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verhuurmedewerker Vastgoed die commerciële flair combineert met een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

➡️ Wat ga je doen?

✔️ Als verhuurmedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verhuurproces van residentieel vastgoed:

✔️Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe verhuurpanden en bouwt een netwerk van eigenaars en investeerders uit.

✔️Je neemt leads over van bestaande klanten en beheert zo onze bestaande verhuurportefeuille, deels met een link naar ons rentmeesterschap.

✔️Je volgt het verhuurdossier van A tot Z op: van bezoek tot sleuteloverdracht.

✔️Je organiseert bezoeken, onderhandelt met kandidaat-huurders en stelt huurovereenkomsten op.

✔️Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en gebruikt tools zoals Omnicasa en Rentio.

✅ Wie ben jij?

Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en zelfstandig.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans én Engels.

Je hebt een sterke interesse in vastgoed. Ervaring is een plus, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt van een gevarieerde werkdag.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Heb je een BIV-nummer, of wil je een BIV-stage voltooien? Dat kan zeker!
