Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Verkäufer_in für 20 bis 30 Wochenstunden

* Linz / Südbahnhofmarkt

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verkauf & Service: Beratung und herzliche Bedienung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.

* Kassiertätigkeit: Kassiervorgänge, Abrechnung und genaue Kassenführung.

* Warenpräsentation: Regal- und Sortimentspflege für ein ansprechendes Geschäft.

* Verpackung & Logistik: Verpackung, Etikettierung, Warenannahme und Wareneingangskontrolle.

* Produktionsmithilfe: Mitarbeit in der Produktion (Back-/Brotwaren, Teigbearbeitung, Backvorgänge) nach Bedarf.

* Qualität & Sauberkeit: Unterstützung bei Inventuren, Hygienemaßnahmen und HACCP-konformen Abläufen.

Profileinstellungen & Anforderungen

* Sprachkenntnisse: Profunde Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Persönlichkeit: Freundliches Auftreten, Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.

* Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

* Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Wochenendiensten (ca. 1x pro Monat Sonntag von 06:00 - 11:00 Uhr) sowie Flexibilität zwischen den Standorten.

* Körperliche Fitness: Bereitschaft zu leichten körperlichen Tätigkeiten (Stehen, Heben von Leergut, leichte Backarbeiten).

* Mobilität: Führerschein B (und idealerweise eigener PKW) ist für den Wechsel zwischen den Standorten erforderlich.

* Hygiene: Bereitschaft zur strikten Einhaltung betrieblicher Hygiene-Standards.

* Quereinsteiger_innen willkommen: Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Lebensmittelproduktion ist ein Plus, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung!

* Bereitschaft sowohl in Vorderweißenbach als auch in Bad Leonfelden und am Südbahnhofmarkt zu als Verkäufer_in zu arbeiten und wenn nötig in der Verpackung auszuhelfen. Zusätzlich für ca. 1 x pro Monat den Sonntag (von 6:00 bis 11:00 Uhr) zu übernehmen.
