Sie sind auffallend engagiert, motiviert und haben Lust auf neue Herausforderungen? Dann werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Familienunternehmens mit 60 Jahren Erfahrung und 22 Standorten in Oberösterreich, Niederösterreich, Salzburg, Wien und Bayern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Verkauf von Automobilen und Zusatzleistungen

* Akquise und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen

* Bedarfsanalyse und Präsentation passender Modelle

* Organisation und Durchführung von Probefahrten

* Sorgfältige Pflege der Prozesse im internen Managementsystem

* Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Service und dem Aftersales-Team

* Gestaltung des Verkaufs als einmaliges Kundenerlebnis

* Unterstützung der Verkaufsmannschaft

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Verkaufserfahrung wünschenswert - Quereinsteiger willkommen

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche

* Erfahrung mit unseren Marken von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Spaß am Verkaufen

* B-Führerschein
