Für unsere Filiale im schönen Innsbruck, Tirol suchen wir Verkäuferinnen in Teilzeit (25 Stunden/Woche)

* Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in Teilzeit mit ca. 25 Std./ Woche

* Kollektivvertragliche Grundvergütung: 2.251,- € brutto/ Monat auf Vollzeitbasis bei Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen für eine Einstufung in Berufsgruppe C/ Stufe 1. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aktive Kundenansprache und individuelle Modeberatung - Sie gehen offen auf Kundinnen zu und machen jeden Besuch zum Erlebnis

* Inspiration unserer Kundinnen bei der Auswahl von Outfits, Styles und passenden Kombinationen

* Zusammenstellen moderner Looks mit Gespür für Mode, Trends und die individuellen Wünsche unserer Kundinnen

* Kreative und verkaufsfördernde Warenpräsentation

* Warenpflege, Warenauszeichnung sowie Verräumung neuer Kollektionen

* Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbildes der Verkaufsfläche

* Selbstständige Kassiertätigkeiten einschließlich Erstellung der Kassenabrechnung

* Ggf. stellvertretende Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben der Filiale in Abwesenheit der Teamleitung

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben Freude an Mode, Fashion und am Umgang mit Menschen

* Sie gehen offen auf Kundinnen zu und verstehen es, sie mit Ihrer Persönlichkeit und Ihrer Beratung zu begeistern

* Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Stil und Trends und können Outfits passend zu den individuellen Wünschen unserer Kundinnen zusammenstellen

* Sie beraten gerne, statt nur zu bedienen, und schaffen so echte Einkaufserlebnisse

* Sie sind kommunikativ, zuverlässig und arbeiten gerne im Team

* Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, behalten auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick und packen gerne mit an

* Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Verkauf, Modeverkauf, Einzelhandel oder in der Kundenberatung mit

* Quereinsteigerinnen mit Begeisterung für Mode und Menschen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen
