IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung von Gastronomiekund:innen in Salzburg und Umgebung mit Schwerpunkt Pizzerien, Kebap-Imbisse, Burger-Restaurants und internationale Gastronomie

* Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Inhaber:innen und Entscheidungsträger:innen

* Erkennen zusätzlicher Verkaufspotenziale und Gewinnung bestehender Kund:innen für weitere Sortimentsprodukte

* Aktive Neukundengewinnung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufsgebiets

* Präsentation passender Produkte, Aktionen und Sortimentslösungen für die jeweilige Betriebsform

* Führung von Verkaufs- und Preisgesprächen mit Fokus auf Umsatz und Deckungsbeitrag

* Beratung bei Produktfragen sowie rasche, lösungsorientierte Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Eigenständige Planung von Kundenbesuchen und Verkaufsaktivitäten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Telefonverkauf und internen Fachabteilungen

IHR PROFIL:

Wir suchen Menschen und kein Personal. Daher ist es uns auch wichtig, dass Sie als Person wie auch von Ihrem Qualifikationsprofil her gut zu uns passen. Sie sind der richtige Mensch für den Job, wenn Sie über folgende Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften verfügen:

* Kommunikationsstarke Verkäuferpersönlichkeit mit gastronomischer oder kaufmännischer Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Praxiserfahrung

* Gastronomieerfahrung, idealerweise in Pizzerien, Kebap-Imbissen oder Burger-Restaurants; Erfahrung als selbstständige:r Gastronom:in oder Koch/Köchin von Vorteil

* Freude an aktiver Neukundengewinnung und persönlichen Kundenbesuchen

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse; Türkisch, Italienisch, Bosnisch/Kroatisch/Serbisch, Arabisch oder Mandarin sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis zur Einschätzung von Verkaufschancen, Umsatzpotenzialen und Erträgen

* Selbstständige, verbindliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Outlook und digitalen Vertriebswerkzeugen

* Führerschein der Klasse B
