Ihre Aufgaben:

* Telefonische Fachberatung unserer Kund:innen aus der Gastronomie und Hotellerie für unser umfangreiches Sortiment

* Aktiver Verkauf am Telefon, Erfassung und Weiterleitung der Bestellungen

* Setzen von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst

* Verantwortung für die Reklamationsabwicklung, die Kundenstammpflege und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

* Teilzeitstelle 25 bis 30 Wochenstunden

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung und Erfahrung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie als Koch/Köchin oder im Bereich F&B

* Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf von Vorteil

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (Excel, SAP von Vorteil)

* Kundenorientierung und ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein freundliches Wesen

* Erfolgsorientiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten

* Teamplayer
