Somaneo Fitness & Health steht für moderne Gesundheits- und Fitnesskonzepte, bei denen das Wohlbefinden, eine individuelle Betreuung und sichtbare Ergebnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Mittelpunkt stehen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Studio in der Josefstädter Straße suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Fitnesstrainer/in, die/der fachliche Trainerkompetenz mit echter Vertriebsstärke und hoher Kundenbindung verbindet. 1 Verkaufs- & bindungsstarke/r Fitnesstrainer/in (m/w/d)

Arbeitszeit Montag bis Freitag nach Absprache innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten:

Montag 08.00-12.00 Uhr und 16.00-20.00 Uhr

Dienstag 09.00-13.00 Uhr und 16.00-19.00 Uhr

Mittwoch 08.00-12.00 Uhr und 16.00-19.00 Uhr

Donnerstag 09.00-12.00 und 16.00-19.00 Uhr

Freitag 09.00 bis 12.00 Uhr

Deine Aufgaben

* Mitgliederbetreuung & -bindung: Fachkundige Betreuung unserer Mitglieder auf der Fläche, Erstellung und Einweisung in individuelle Trainingspläne sowie aktive Beziehungspflege für eine langfristige Kundenbindung.

* Neukundengewinnung & Verkauf: Durchführung professioneller Erst- und Beratungsgespräche, Probetrainings sowie erfolgreicher Verkauf von Mitgliedschaften und Zusatzleistungen.

* Promotion & Marketing: Mitwirkung an lokalen Marketing- und Promotionsaktionen zur Neukundengewinnung.

* Studio-Organisation: Eigenständige Übernahme von Service- und administrativen Aufgaben für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Studio.

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Ausbildung & Praxis: Ausbildung als Fitnesstrainer/in, Sportwissenschaftler/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder andere Erfahrungen im Sportbereich

* Verkaufstalent & Vertriebsstärke: Freude am aktiven Verkauf, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Interessenten für unser Angebot zu begeistern.

* Bindungsstärke & Empathie: Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten, Herzlichkeit und die Motivation, eine persönliche und dauerhafte Beziehung zu unseren Mitgliedern aufzubauen.

* Eigenständigkeit: Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative.
