Als Personalberater unterstützen wir unsere Mandanten bei der Personalsuche und Personalauswahl.

Unser Mandant ist ein sehr erfolgreiches mittelständisches Handelsunternehmen für Industrie- sowie Kfz- und Werkstattechnik mit 200 Beschäftigten Südbayern, Oberösterreich und Salzburg. Die nachfolgende Position ist am Standort Hallwang bei Salzburg in direkter Festanstellung zu besetzen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

- Aktive Neukundengewinnung im Verkaufsgebiet (Großraum Salzburg) - Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Entwicklung neuer Umsatzpotenziale - Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgebiets - Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Chancen - Konsequente Verfolgung von Angeboten und Verkaufsabschlüssen

Diesen Hintergrund sollten Sie mitbringen

- Begeisterung am Vertrieb, Freude an Akquise und Abschluss - Erfahrung im Außendienst, idealerweise in der Kfz-Branche oder im technischen Vertrieb - Technisches Verständnis oder Ausbildung im Kfz-/technischen Bereich - Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten und hohe Eigenmotivation - Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich € 2.900,00 brutto liegt.
