Nicht jede*r traut sich, fremde Menschen anzusprechen. Du schon. Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kommst leicht ins Gespräch und lässt dich von einem "Nein" nicht entmutigen. In der Postfiliale ist genau das gefragt: echte Gespräche statt Standardsätze. Du berätst zu Telekommunikation, Finanzprodukte und allem, was die Österreichische Post sonst noch zu bieten hat und machst aus einem kurzen Besuch ein gutes Erlebnis.

Aufgaben

* Als Verkaufsexpert*in bist du die erste Ansprechperson für bestehende und neue Kund*innen

* Du berätst zu unterschiedlichen Produkten der Österreichischen Post (Telekommunikation, Finanzbereich, etc.)

* Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen, präsentierst passende Lösungen, verwandelst gute Gespräche in einen Abschluss und sorgst dafür, dass Kund*innen gerne wiederkommen

Qualifikationen

* Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und machst den ersten Schritt, statt zu warten, bis jemand zu dir kommt

* Ein "Nein" wirft dich nicht aus der Bahn - du weißt, dass es zum Verkauf dazugehört

* Du trittst sicher und freundlich auf und stellst Service wirklich in den Mittelpunkt

* Du arbeitest verlässlich und eigenständig, bist aber genauso gerne Teil eines Teams
