Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Österreich suchen wir eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gerne unterwegs ist, unsere Grosskund kompetent betreut und mit Begeisterung zum Verkaufserfolg beiträgt. Deine Aufgaben - hier blühst du auf Aktiver Verkauf von Blumen und Pflanzen an unsere Grosskund direkt vor Ort Persönliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund sowie Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Erkennen von Verkaufschancen und gezielte Förderung des Absatzes Zustellung und ansprechende Präsentation unserer Blumen und Pflanzen Selbstständige Planung und Abwicklung der zugeteilten Touren Sorgfältiger Umgang mit der Ware und zuverlässige Belieferung Tägliche Heimkehr nach der Tour Dein Profil - das bringst du mit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1), idealerweise mit sicherer mündlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit im Kundengespräch Freude am aktiven Verkauf, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent Freundliches, überzeugendes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten Führerschein der Klasse B und entsprechende Fahrpraxis Führerschein der Klasse C inklusive C95 Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit Deine Benefits 4-Tage-Woche: Montag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag Planbare Arbeitszeiten: Arbeitsbeginn jeweils ab 05:30 Uhr Vollzeitbeschäftigung: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche Fixgehalt: EUR 2.500 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis Zusätzliche Provisionen: Mehr Verkaufserfolg bedeutet zusätzliche Verdienstmöglichkeiten Fundierte Einschulung: Vorkenntnisse im Blumenhandel sind nicht erforderlich Langfristige Perspektive: Daueranstellung bei entsprechender Eignung Engagiertes Team: angenehmes Betriebsklima und wertschätzendes Miteinander Dein Ansprechpartner Wir freuen uns auf deine aussagekräftige Bewerbung über dieses Portal.
