Unser Kunde, eine traditionelle familiengeführte Handwerksbäckerei mit rund 10 Filialen im Salzburger Land - Österreich, sucht genau Sie in unbefristeter Festanstellung!

Ihre Aufgaben

- Filialchecks zur Sicherstellung der Standards hinsichtlich Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit - Teamorientierte Führung und Betreuung sowie Motivation und Begeisterung des Teams - Bedarfsorientierte aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf (z.B. insbesondere bei Events) sowie zu Schulungszwecken - Kennzahlenanalyse und -kontrolle sowie Ableitung zentraler Maßnahmen - Projektarbeit: z.B. Umstellung Bedienung an der Theke, Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktsortiments

Ihre Qualifikation

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmänische Berufsausbildung, bestenfalls in der Bäckerei- oder Lebensmittelbranche, (System-) Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder im Lebensmittleinzelhandel - Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, gerne in der (System-) Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel, bestenfalls in der Lebensmittel- oder Bäckereibranche - Führungserfahrung im Filialsystem - Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-How - Erfahrung in der Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung (idealerweise mit gastromatic) - Leidenschaft und Wertschätzung gegenüber den Produkten und Menschen
